Chocobo Quest Idea

Custom chocobo breeding quest – A new quest for getting an access to chocobo breeding that should provide players the ability to condition the chocobo for faster travelling with the ability to call the chocobo at anytime and comes in different colours (was incorporated in FFXI). I would personally love to do a quest to get access to a personal chocobo that I can breed.

Custom chocobo dress up quest – A new quest for getting an access to armors, leather straps that can be crafted to put on your chocobo to look awesome. This will probably require some menu adjustments or additional menu creations to be possible. I’ll leave the technical aspects to SE, since I’m just creating the idea. There’s a lot of content that can be added for chocobos and the possibilities are pretty cool if done right.

how about quests where you get to fight on the back of a chocobo? We've seen a few in game that look like war mounts with fitted body armor and the like, and from what I've seen of the main storyline so far, war with the empire seems to be on the horizon, and it's the one kind of battle that's never been seen in a Final Fantasy game before (I've lost count of the number of actual or scripted airship battles.) it could be done, since there are methods of fighting on horsback ranging from mounted archery to swordfighting and jousting.

No joke! Flying around on the back of a Black Chocobo to rain fiery doom on my enemies was one of my favorite parts of tactics. That and teleporting behind someone while floating like a badass and raining down hugely destructive spells on everyone as a calculator. Or getting a team of 5 dancers to randomly pummel enemies from the other side of the map while you laugh at them.

lol im thinking of black and white knight (or black and white mage ffstyle) fighting on top on chocobos.
Maybe there could be a quest that has the 3 different major nations and there special chocobos and there could be some event over them, which lead the the opening of chocobos for everyone to ride.

The current 3 big nations need some identy , which is missing or lacking in my view atm , this could be perfect way to do it.

Square has previously stated they are trying not to use Chocobos as mounts.. Sorry.
