LF Bard Glamour

So after 2 month of farming Halatali Hard for Shikaree doublet, 1-6x a day every day.

I have decided I give up! (QQ)

So can anyone please recommend me a good glamour for Bard that doesn't use it's aweful Myth / Soldiery gear and doesn't use Shikaree doublet?

Also what do you think of the 1740 Allied Seals Bow for Bard, I think it looks really good but that is a crazy grind.

The Serpent one is half decent, but I wouldn't really use it myself. Grind is no worse than most things these days honestly though, so if you like it, go for it.

This is what I personally use. (At least for the gear, don't have my bow glamoured, the crab bow in the image below was used for this particular screen shot)

Now, before you ask, that particular set of gear is unobtainable in the game now. However, it is the same as the Rainmaker's set, just slightly different coloring.

Which style are you going for?
The stylish Shikaree/Divine light look or more a ranger/archer look?

Didn't SE tweak drops in these dungeons with 2.35 so that crafting mats don't drop nearly as often? If so, you may have better success now. Good luck!

This is more practice for Rogue than actual bard, but this is perfect for the rebellious archer in you

Doublet vest (Im wearing the crafting one, but any will do)
Random belt :P
Bohemian pants
Boarskin Ringbands
And Im wearing the archer boots from the new HM dungeons
(cant think of the name now), but any black boots could work with this

And my all time fav Shadow bow on the weapon

Bow: Warwolf Bow
Hat: Hat of the Divine Light
Body: Shirt of the Divine Light
Hands: Cuffs of the Divine Light
Pants: Sarouel of the Divine Light
Boots: Foestriker's Boots

Of course, this also relies heavily on dungeon drops (the expert dungeons) but you might have better luck with the Divine set than the Shikaree set.

FWIW, I've seen the Shikaree doublet drop in Lost City of Amdapor more than I ever saw it drop in Halatali hard. You might want to try that first before giving up on the shikaree doublet.
