So you're saying that if you queue with two other FC mates and the fourth person goes offline / afk / decides to unleash their boredom on you, you shouldn't be allowed to kick them?

Justified kicks by far outnumber the amount of abuse cases, there's no need to add more ridiculous restrictions to be able to progress through a dungeon.

Most often it's not even to get an FC/LS member in. In an ST 2 weeks ago there was a sudden vote kick initiated out of the complete blues. Declined it myself, but the person ended up being kicked. I then asked quite simply "Why kick him?" and the reply was something along the lines of "trololol, was just trolling. funny to see if he'd be kicked". And a few seconds later I found myself kicked out of ST as well.

I looked up a few of the names I saw writing in chat before, and they weren't in the same FC. Some of them weren't even on the same server. And with a majority required to have a vote kick pass, the same FC theory doesn't quite hold up.

I think a bigger problem which comes into play is that many people generally have a tendency of clicking away popups rapidly. And most people often click in agreement. It may not even be their intention to kick someone, however they may end up blindly clicking it anyway. Or they may be easily persuaded. Mmm, a kick was initiated? Must have done something wrong even though I didn't quite see it.

In my opinion it would make much more sense if kicking a player would then also be an active action coming from party members involved. Where each individual player has to go through the steps of initiating a kick. Rather than getting a popup notice if someone else does it.
