It is suppose to work your reactions and your skills. This has nothing to do with internet connection at all. Granted the server Lag sucks but I have a 3k ping to Titan EX and It plays smooth still.

Really? If you have 3k your screen will just freeze and you can't do shit.

Actually, I had ~350 ping here and was already suffering to maintain the high level stuff, I had to pay tunneling services to lower that ping and get an acceptable delay, but still need to predict the future anyway at some parts. Are you sure you're not seeing the wrong info boy? And you should not have that ping living in NA, only if you net is powered by hamsters.

I defeated titan extreme after several tries but got to know the fight also. But lag issues are ridiculous, I can not even run a rotation for any class correctly. They need to make soldery, oil of time, and sands of time more plentiful( be able to get more than just a little). Don't get me wrong I bust my butt to get what is allowed now but they need to the amount on all of them.

Titan-EX is a fight where you need to memorize the patterns and be able to react accordingly. My suggestion if u are having trouble is to actually stand furthest back from the party if you suffer from lag so u have a larger margin of error available to you and if you are hit by a plume its only your plume and you wont die. 90% of plume deaths are a result of people not stacking properly. Another trick is instead of running abck or to the side run to the tank, Titan only AOE's before a Mountain Buster and that only happens after he does a landslide.
