Went to see the video of yoshi-p getting dumped on and found another person calling him out for it.

Kinda funny really, wonder how many people have called him out for this one.

lol I think it's become an american way of saying "Thank you" anymore. You made something great? Let me throw ice water on you.
What part of 'Chain mails are frowned upon in Japan' did they not get :l
Do people who reduce the ice bucket challenge to mere chain mails even have the slightest idea about what it actually is about?
If I work in actual medical research can I reduce it to chain mails?
The fact awareness "needs" to be raised is more of the point. Why do we have such limited resources in the first place? Why does it take an advertising campaign to move said resources to a specific cause? Why can't we distribute research investments based on % of the population and the degree to which they negatively effect?
Oh never mind go back to watching youtube videos of people ice-bucketing themselves.
You seem to forget that Youtube is a very well known and much used platform for people of all interest and races. Your questions need to be asked, indeed, but to achieve those ends nowadays in a community like the one we live in something special is needed to grab tha audience's attention. If I work in actual medical research can I reduce it to chain mails?

It's not like people carelessly ice-bucket themselves without donating anything. I guess you have read about the donations? It's a call for help that finally reaches the population.
Because rich people need a gimmick to appease their vanity and allow them to pretend they're not selfish, vapid wastes of oxygen?
Otherwise there wouldn't be such a thing as "money". We'd cure ALS and other diseases simply because it's the right thing to do. But that's socialism and socialism is evil, right?
But this isn't the place to debate sociopolitical philosophies. We need a Lalafell bucket challenge to raise awareness for low Atma drop rates and long FATE respawn times.
