    No product Key

    I recently decided to purchase FFXIV. I have been playing the 14 day free trial for 6-7 days now and enjoyed it much like FFXI which i played for years. So i went to square enix's website and purchases the PC digital version for 20.00 something dollars. everything went through, my bank statement shows a charge from square enix. But i have not received my product key. It referred me to www.findmyorder.com to retrieve my key and they have no record of my order. I have not received any email from square enix is regards to my product key. It's getting really annoying. Any advice? all of their help and support options on their site are no help as well. I'm in the military and work long hours during the week so phone support is a very slim option for me. My work hours more than likely wont allow me to call them.
