So when is turning on and off

Alliance and Party chat has gone into rage mode blaming and pointing fingers trying to figure out who keeps turning it off causing either someone to rage quit, log off, afk, vote abandon, vote to kick someone Innocent or not etc etc.

In that case, it's a simple fix. Add a notification to the chat that says "<Insert Player Name here> has placed/removed <insert Waymark here> at <insert coordinates here>."
