I could tell without even trying because the PS4 'dashboard' wasn't filling-in which normally means there is maint. but...who knows.

Why is it when I can't log in to any online game, suddenly nothing else matters? lol

are you on ps3 or ps4? Cuz I'm on ps4 in California, and it's not letting me connect still.
