Residential Wards - Bigger Servers

Greetings everyone,

if you play on one of the bigger servers like I do you probably know the pain of wanting a land plot, having the money but there is none available.

Thereby I ask the producers to add more then just 1 new plot but like 2-3. The reason is not solely because my Free Company struggles with finding an open plot, which there are none on my server, but also because I know there are more Free Companies that have that problem.

So please, Square Enix, put in some more wards and if possible not wait until the next major patch for it. I sure do not know the technical background and what is required to do so, but I assume it can´t be so hard to patch in some new wards.

In the end it would make your players really happy and to be fair, this 35 days and loose your plot thing is not really working. Who would pay millions of gil just to loose it soon after?

So I ask you, fellow players, to support my cause and get the Producers attention to that cause.

There are guilds which are deserted, but still have a house. They are going to lose the houses and free up plots. The 35 days simply haven't passed yet. They're probably waiting for that to occur before throwing in new wards, as the wards look better if it's filled with changing houses, maintained houses. Rather than little ghost town areas in it.

Yeah. Once the deserted FCs lose their homes, there should be plenty of free space available for the rest of us.

Though I do wish, as a kind of flavor text on each estate, list who owned the estate prior to them.

Q39: Kasuga, I have enough gil to purchase land, but there aren’t enough open spaces. When are you planning to add more land? Also, is there any information you can reveal about personal housing?

A39: I apologize for the wait. We are continuing to look into the matter. As for future plans, we will be adding more land and implementing personal housing in patch 2.38. Please note that we will continue to look into how much land we will be able to add in the future even after patch 2.38.
