I mean, I do know there are niche-oriented MMORPGs out there. They also update at the pace of "oh, maybe we'll get a new dungeon this year."
Please stop creating these threads for no reason.
If you're so cool that you think content should always remain difficult no matter the reward level, then you're way ahead of the content being nerfed and this doesn't affect you.

The problem with increasingly making earlier content easier is that it keeps creating a bigger difficulty imbalance. People beat easier content to unlock harder content that (surprise) they cannot do, which further elevates the difficulty spike because it reduces the number of fights that are challenging, so the game doesn't properly train or prepare many players for these harder fights, and I think it's doing more harm to the overall community than good. You see it every day with players saying "I just need to put x amount of effort to beat this current fight/dungeon, why should I try harder if I can get the win playing like I currently am?". The problem with this is that they go on to unlock harder fights and it just creates a bigger pool of players to choose from who cannot complete said fight, lessening your group's odds of success.
In my opinion. Nerfing the old content just makes more people suck in the long run. They breeze or get carried through the nerfed content, then they hit a wall such as twin and whine it's too hard. It's an endless cycle, release content, complain it's too hard , release more content , nerf old content.

I can tell ya that when 2.4 Comes out T5/T6-9 will have mechanic nerfs
T1-T5 will have "savage" mode, this is to stop players that clear the content from crying that the original coil has become a joke
T6-9 will have nerf on mechanics, Savage mode is in place for the challenge with echo still been on it most likely.
Can only speculate what the nerf will be for T5, but most likely, 1. u will no longer die on the wall, 2. no knock-back on divebombs (this would be too severe imo) 3. Markers will be display on divebombs (no need to stack), markers for twister.
The thing is, the game already gives you notifications for all of those attacks. Dive bomb? Green dot and a very audible ding. TWIster? Focus target, see its casting and step to the side. the most turn will get nerf is T7
pretty sure they will lower stone curse to 5-6 secs and make them esunable too
FFXIV was my first real MMO experience. I started from beta and remember when AK was what people ran for myth to get the new AF gear. At that time Demonwall terrified me! I found it difficult and hated being the one to fall off the sides. As runs went down I got familiar with it and I started to love the fight above all others in game. It was a matter of maintaining order within the chaos when the bees spawned to finish the fight.
There was no need to remove the bees from that fight. This is the only thing I'm really pissed at.
