reason using thundercloud first is there is a better chance for it to proc again. I have had thundercloud proc 3x in a row.
And yes interupting a spell to use Firestarter is a loss of dps. You have more then enough time to use it before it is lost.
Only real times is if it is up and you have to dodge, you can scathe> Firestarter

Nope, you didn't read the maths. Ofc another thundercloud proc can occurs, but it's only 5% on 1 doT tick. And there should be only 1 tick before ou use your Tc. So yeah, i agree with you, if it happens you'll lose some potency BUT it will almost never happens. Overall, it's a dps gain.

@MetaRed: i agree, weaving isn't always a good idea and you sometimes want to keep some "weave CD" (like virus). TC proc gives us a free "weave cd" without downside. i'm taking it.
