This is not even a considerable issue and we have yet to really see a screenshot or a source for such a thing. I have to agree with Divine that until a screenshot from anyone is actually posted, that this is nothing but hearsay. Also, there is no point bringing up words like 'poor sportsmanship', 'immature' or 'harassment'. It is nothing but player perspectives which is easily considered as personal bias on the subject.

As a point of view..
This is not a major league sport and is also not a life and death situation, many people forget this is a game and people are entitled to PvP the way they want to within means (obviously 3rd party programs are not within means). Even if you are being silly and compare the game to major league sports or even the working world, you can scarcely say that anything in life is without 'poor sportsmanship'/'immature'/'harassment'.
This is human nature, there are people who will do this and no amount of descriptive words will change it.

There's a lot of ways to work around that. Try <t> with an enemy targeted and see what you find in the chat box.

Alright, it's like this:

This isn't about catering to a "carebear community" at all. And no points will be given here for coming off as the tough guy with steel emotions or the wolf surrounded by sheep. The fact is, nobody likes losing. And those who lose don't like having victory thrown in their faces. However, those who win certainly do want to celebrate. All this is normal, no?

Teabagging/victory dancing/gloating/celebrating victory itself isn't an issue, honestly. BUT! Some people do go too far. Some become obnoxious, others literally intend to harass other players in that manner. THEN it's a problem. If you say, have that one BLM follow you and do it every time, then yes, he's harrassing you and that's not okay. But if you two went toe to toe and he won the skirmish? Too bad. Let him dance. Respawn, and wreck him. Then dance if you like.

To be honest, I prefer to be sportsmanlike 9/10, but sometimes you just wanna spike the ball. Or tauntingly shout "Til sea swallows!" when you take down or push back Maelstrom foes (they can't hear it anyways). The answer is basically, keep it classy, and know the limit. Victory dance if you like - keep in mind, that's time you could better spend capturing another objective - but don't go overboard. And if/when it happens to you, laugh it off or use it as motivation, respawn, then take that guy/girl down.

Point is, it's not something that can actually "harass" you. It can "bother" you, for sure, but dancing or gloating is not something that influences your gameplay in any way. It's not like spamming Trade when you are teleporting - now THAT is something that should be punishable.
Using emotes which are an intended part of the game should not, in my opinion, considered harassment. Just move on with your game, knowing that the only person who can damage yourself in those situations is yourself only.

OMG i was a victim to some troll doing this to me one time. its like why does this even exist? i didnt know wtf was happening and at first i couldnt even see the guy because it was so crowded then i realized what he was doing. i ran away and he would chase me. so yea THAT is harassment. nothing good can come from it. its like one of those annoyances that get past quality assurance (if SE has one)
