    Looking for Free Company for Derelict Raiders

    After coming back shortly before the 2.3 release, I've found myself in the unsavory position of being an end game raider floating on a life raft with no dedicated raiding community in sight. Are there any free companies focused on taking in and building up the raiding community? It's pretty much impossible for me to just jump into raiding without getting to know the people I'll be raiding with first, and the current end game feels like it has gone full blown merc town.
