Yes but we are a little ways from 2.4, i guess because the upgrade will take that long to get, lol
Someone also mentionned the new ilv and it will be better then HA, i thought for sure history wise ha was always bis?
Makes no difference to me, i love my blm soldiery weapon and more then likely there will be new Primal weapons and such better then the current Novus
