Yeah I was sleepy and got them mixed up. I totally agree with you, Triple Triad (from FF8) is the better game.Tetra Master drove me insane. The randomness was a bit too strong in that game, plus there was no point in that card game's existence, you couldn't use it for anything or get anything out of it save for that one tournament in FF9. It also seemed a little too complex than it needed to be when compared with Triple Triad, which had simplicity going for it, even before complex punched you in the face in the ways of the Plus, Same, Same Wall, and Elemental rules (which you could get rid of and avoid altogether easily).
