    Kind of a weird question, but...

    I was curious as to which date is used when founding a Free Company: The one used when getting the petition, or the day that you pay the gil and can use the Company Chest.

    Just curious, as I usually make things on certain days of the month.

    I'm not 100% certain but I think the founding date is based on when you turn in the completed petition (it was so long ago my FC was founded so I can now no longer remember exactly).

    The Company Chest incidentally is not unlocked automatically upon founding the FC - that's gained after attaining a certain Company Rank (rank 2 or 3 if I remember rightly). But I'm not entirely sure.
