It was fine till I ran up to a Ixal npc out in central shroud now game just keeps crashing....

Same error I'm getting. When I try to log into my character in Mor Dhona the game crashes but when I try to log into my other character in North Shroud it loads just fine.

Same problem here, my char stuck at mor dhona loading screen after I teleport there, other areas seems fine.

same code here, called support, and got told to delete everything in the final fantasy documents folder...no change.
