I'm not sure where to post this, so I'm going to post it here and hope that it's correct.

I got into a minor discussion with SeeD's current leader trying to get a promotion to Instructor. I had been in the FC since the very beginning and felt the leadership was not doing anything to help players get past certain difficult tasks. When my request wasn't even considered, I balked slightly and then was dumped from the FC even though I had invested plenty of time, gil, and energy into it.

The game is designed to punish the player who is booted from a FC. My room was demolished and the 300k wasn't refunded. My belongings are in limbo since I don't currently have another room and am scared to purchase another one in my new FC because I don't want to lose another 300k.

Altercations with other players are inevitable and SE can't do anything about that, but maybe they can find ways to make players not feel punished if things go sour within a FC.
