Seeking Casual, Friendly FC

I'm seeking a new FC to call home. My current FC has fantastic people, but most chat over PS4 or logout early, whereas I happen to be a west coast PC player. So I'm fishing for other FC suggestions to see if I can find a better long-term fit.

Ideally would like to find some or all of the following:
* Active members between 8pm - 1am PDT weekdays
* Accepting of casual players who might only play 2 or 3 nights a week
* Family-friendly conversations (PG-13 or less)
* Leaders actively engaging FC members through teaming up, suggesting challenges, or organizing fun events
* Forum presence for coordinating events, tips, and strategies

I do have an interest in end-game progression, but my progress may be slow due to availability. I currently have a 50 PLD still working on getting geared, with only basic primals' HM completed and no coil experience. So I'm mostly interested in finding a community of good friends. Linkshell suggestions are welcome as well.

You may want to consider Uncommon Sense <UCS>. We're a small guild of highly active players. We have a couple West Coasters and some night owls that just stay on night anyway. We consider ourselves "Casual Progression", and we have 2 Coil Raid groups, with 1 just starting out on Turn 6, and the other currently tackling Turn 9. All other content we do together, as an FC. A bunch of friendly guys, helpful guys, and one token girl. LOL And when we're not in game, we're chatting all day long on GroupMe, talking game, strategies, scheduling raids, or just sharing the latest meme.

Neclinish, I actually pursued UCS back in June, but you may have overlooked my introductory post on your forum. Shortly after my post, I read a comment in another thread that you were seeking everything but tanks, so I had inferred that my schedule and class probably did not match what you were looking for in new recruits.
