Going to join the fray here and post each step of my progress from Desert Yellow to Grape Purple (one new feathers message from one fruit type at a time). Hopefully I can help corroborate the findings so far, and if something goes horribly awry, hopefully you'll at least be able to help meh fix it!

Notes: This stage is a little strange if one assumes that the raw RGB values are of worth, here. From Pumpkin to Sunset, the green decreases as expected, but the red decreases and the blue increases? From an apple? SE's values must be a little different if this is true. Also, another 12 apples down. Doubt I'll make it from sunset (assuming I get sunset) to blood in just 9 from my first planting. <sad meh>

CURRENT PERSONAL NOTES
Aw, nuts - the chart's changed to have a new color in my path and uncertainties for both. Bracing myself for some future frustration, lol.

Four Mamook Pears fed to Storm Blue Choco gave me Morbol green. I just fed 2 Pineapple since I want to go deeper green with less blue and got new feathers message after 2 pineapple. I am making sure to stop feeding after first feathers message, FOR SCIENCE! See you in 6 hours!

I got Nophica Green! I love it! I almost don't want to keep going cause it looks awesome.

Here's what I have done so far:

Feed #1: First day I had available fruit I went and did a massive feed of 30 Berries and 10 Pears to get Othard Blue. I did this because the first color chart linked from reddit said that is how someone got there. This was the only time I ignored the new feathers message and just kept feeding. Every feed after this one was stopped as soon as the feather message showed up.

Feed #2: Apples took me from Othard Blue to Royal Blue.

Feed #3: Apples took me from Royal Blue to Storm Blue.

Feed #4: Apples - Storm to Abyssal Blue

Feed #5: Apples - Abyssal to Regal Purple

Feed #6: Berries - Regal to Dalamund Red.

Feed #7 - #13: I fed a continuous loop of apples and berries and kept jumping from Regal Purple to Dalamund Red until I finally gave up and landed on Regal Purple. From here I decided to backtrack.

Feed #14: Berries - Regal Purple to Othard Blue.

Feed #15: Apples - Othard to Royal.

Feed #16: Apples: Royal to Storm. After this feed is when I decide to change it up.

Feed #17: Mamook Pears - Storm Blue to Morbol Green. After this I wanted to strip the blue and see what happened.

Feed #18: Pineapple - Morbol Green to Nophica Green. This is where I currently am at.

I am not sure if I want to continue because I like the Nophica Green a lot. I will post if I decide to feed again.

Got to Rolanberry just fine. Fed berries til 1 proc -> Abyssal Blue instead of Midnight Blue.
Then me and my friend both got to Rolanberry at the same time. We both did pears til 1 proc. He got Regal Purple, I got Russet Brown. We are now trying to recover to Rolanberry. Not sure how to get back there from Russet Brown.

Not on the chart atm and no screenshot because it belongs to a FC member but he pushed from skyblue to seafog blue with one apple feather message feed.

Yeah he is pushing for orthard blue though so it won't stay that way for long >.< . It is a little frustrating passing so many cool colours in the hope of finally ending up on the one you want. Part of me wishes I had stuck at colibri pink.

Feed #18: Pineapple - Morbol Green to Nophica Green. This is where I currently am at.

I am not sure if I want to continue because I like the Nophica Green a lot. I will post if I decide to feed again.
