[Retainer bug] Get stuck when summoning in a specific ward.

I get stuck forever whenever I try to summon my retainer in a specific ward. It can only be fixed by alt-f4ing out of the game/closing down FF14 in an undesirable fashion.

Platform: Windows 7 x64
ISP: Road Runner Cable(from Time Warner)
Type of Internet Connection: Cable
Internet Connection Speed: 20mbit down, .75mbit up
Date & Time: 7/29/2011 around 12:20-12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Frequency: Always? Seems to happen every time.
Character Name: Mia Sasano
Race: Mi'qote Seeker of the Sun Female
World: Besaid
Class/Skill Rank: 31 Thaumaturge/21 Blacksmith
Physical Level: 36
Area and Coordinates: Upper Tailor Row, Ul'dah Market Ward
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: None
Monster Name: None
In-Game Time: Don't know
Steps:
1. Try to summon retainer anywhere
2. Get stuck forever while the NPC is never summoned, nor getting an error message about there are too many retainers in the area
3. I don't get stuck in other wards, like Masons ward for example

I can fix it by alt-f4ing out of the game, but /logout, other actions, etc., do not work. I get stuck in place until I force logout. Once I log back on, I can move and do everything else as normal again.
