[Suggestion] Minion Summoning Macro Command

I think it would be a nice feature to have the ability to summon a minion via a / command. It would allow them to be used in macros.

I for one would love to be able to put all my gearsets into their own macros, and each one summons a different minion.

It could be /minion "Minion Name" or /minionsummon or something to that effect.

Yeah, it's strange that you can set minions to hotbar slots with /hotbar and /chotbar, and you can use minions for /micon, but you can't actually summon a minion with a macro command (other than minion roulette).

Would love to see this as well. I was trying to find a way to have my Model Magitek Bit get summoned with my Machinist, but I don't see a way!

USAGE:
　/minion "minion name"

→Summon or dismiss the specified minion. Minion name is not necessary when dismissing.

Been using it in my gearset macros which switch to gearset and summon minion so I know it works. You might need to insert a small wait between it an previous action, not sure. Remember to put the minion name in quotes. It's needed for names that are multiple words, not sure if required for single word minion names but won't hurt.

Edit, just noticed you'd necroed a thread. It might have been valid suggestion in 2014. But the command has been available as long as I have been playing, that is, a year at least.

You.. do know there is ingame macro command help file :P And while I admit some commands are hard to find there since their name is not necessarily what one might expect, if I was looking a minion related command I'd at least first look at that words place in the alphabet order before trying other sources :P

Yes, but that list is horribly unfriendly to use. A google search always gets me my info faster. Except this time :P
