I have no idea if this has been posted already but i had the problem this morning i couldnt launch the game anymore. After i had login with the launcher the game would load and get stuck every single time. So i had read earlier that some people with windows 8.1 had multiple problems after the update from august 14 2014. I deinstalled 2 updates (i don't have the other updates mentioned) and now the game runs fine again.
