Am I the only one who thinks the armory bonus is too low?

Or at the very least it should scale cumulatively the more classes you reach 50 with? Even if it was something like "Additional 3-5% per job at 50 after the initial bonus is applied". Rested exp is burned through immediately, even at level ranges where you'd probably rather not be using it (Basically evaporates in 10 minutes at anything before level 20). Then you get stuck in these weird exp dead/slow zones (Which challenge log/low level roulette help with but they have caps imposed on them). Maybe I'm just frustrated because I feel like I've gone through this process one too many times for my liking already.
