    Throw some rings on it. gold smith quest

    I excepted this quest today, it very simple quest craft a dozen handfuls of rings. well thats my first problem how many is a dozen handfuls 12 rings or do they mean sixty? all that aside the quest is bugged want recognize any rings {copper ring} at all. googled this and there a thread comes up from like 6/2013 the guy has this same bug. whats up with all this?

    It's not asking you for copper rings.. it's asking you for the 'handful of copper rings'.. it's the ones that have the icon of a box?

    Here's your quest. Take a look at the required item. You're trying to craft dozen individual Copper Rings when the quest is asking for a dozen handfuls of copper rings.

    (And I did the same thing before I realized what was going on.)

    I just made a suggestion/request thread about this issue in the Items, Synthesis, and Gathering forum, asking them to change the item name to "Copper Links" rather than "Copper Rings" to avoid this confusion.
