No story quest after LV 15 at Ul'Dah

My alt is LV 20 now and no NPC has any story quest for him. My alt's name is Korbash Zhan, on Gilgamesh, leveling a Thaumaturge at Ul'dah. I've checked on websites and Momodi at the adventure's guild should have given me two quest at LV 17 but like I said, beside Eastern Thanalan, and a few too high level quests for me, there is no quest at all. Momodi has no quest and no quest in western Thanalan as well.

The last I did was "The Ul'Dahn envoy" at LV 15 a year ago. I've restarted playing last week. How am I suppose to advance now?
