It's all about communication!

I can't really communicate in this game. I want to get to know other people more but aside from people speaking different languages and issues like that, there's also no easy way to do it!

When I started playing I really liked that there were no global channels because that sort of thing is just unrealistic. We're not all telepathic or something... but it really bothers me that /say is just not VISIBLE. I would like to see something along the lines of a little exclamation mark or even at worst a chat bubble near people. Those aren't ideal solutions but I need something to really shout out to other players that I want to talk.

Global channels end up being spam-fests. Try working your chat dialog configurations a bit?
I think most people end up un-subscribing to global channels within 1 day of starting a new MMO.

I admit, having to take time to work out where /says are coming from is one of my few remaining complaints. For my part I'd consider optional chat bubbles the ideal answer, although a developer dropped a 'not at this time' on that one. Still, given I'm the sort finds the screen cluttered and annoying if I don't turn off peoples' names..
