Having a hard time trying to figure out if you're being serious. What is there to prove when the maintenance is ALWAYS at this time?

Having a hard time trying to figure out if you're being serious. What is there to prove when the maintenance is ALWAYS at this time?So exactly how many times have you been interrupted recently? There doesn't seem to have been enough outages to justify the complaining. You need solid evidence to support your claim of poor customer servicr or no-one is going to listen. I would suggest a list of outages for the past... 6 months? With how this has impacted you and your static or whatever directly. Then someone might appreciate where you're coming from. Otherwise you just sound whiney.

easy fix:
if it happens during your night > sleep
if it happens during the day > go out
Larek Darkholme @ Ragnarok
Yeah, I work evenings (second shift), it does seem to always be an emergency at the time I sit down to play. Sucks, but there's always Netflix.
Oh, and the forums. I get to read all sorts of douchebaggery when the servers are down during my subscribed play time. Pretty lively here right now.
Also, what is this game breaking emergency maintenance for? Anyone?
There's always one of these two-three days after each patch to fix things they notice they need to fix after it goes live.
Still waiting for hotfix notes to go live. We'll see within 2 hours.Yeah, I work evenings (second shift), it does seem to always be an emergency at the time I sit down to play. Sucks, but there's always Netflix.

I was just logging in as it popped up saying to log out, it sucks, but it's better to deal with this one or two days rather than have an unstable game imo, I gladly take that trade off
Any word about a test server? Might be beneficial to test all these patches under real player conditions before making them live, avoid crap like this.
Only if you don't live in europe
People are out at work or in schools (7 am - 10 am GMT is the maintainence here)
I have bad luck because I have a free day today. But instead to complain I just do something else during the time.

Here's an awesome job on missing the entire point. Well done. Here's a bit of insight for you; not everyone works 9 to 5. I get home at 11:30pm. Not a whole lot to do at midnight on a Wednesday night believe it or not. I don't know why I'm bothering to explain this. If the maint started at 3pm and I told you "just go to sleep" you'd be singing a different tune.
Have you considered that the reason the maint happens at the same time is because it normally starts around 4 pm JST, or right around the time where they'd have the whole day to prepare in the office then as most are leaving let the patch run while someone stays a little late to make sure nothing goes wrong?
Also wouldn't this be JP prime time pretty sure they're more affected than NA and the times have still remained the same for a year.
