As an Australian player every time there is a maint its during my prime. Even though its honestly not worth complaining about static Maints would be nice but in saying that most NA servers are probably dead so its very understandable

It affects me cause I'm in CST and I normally play late at night, but it's no big deal to me. No point throwing a fit about it. I'm glad they are putting in the effort to try to fix things quickly.
Deal with it or unsub, it's really that simple.
Clearly you dont know how this stuff work.......And if course people who arent affected are coming here saying "deal with it"
Yes please change the maintrnances to different times. They always affect me and if theres a maintenance, that means I cant play that day.
How is it fair that I lose one day of gaming EVERY DAMN MAINTENANCE when I pay as much for my subscription as everyone else.
Yes it would affect more people if they changed it time to time, but it wouldnt affect THE SAME PEOPLE over and over.
They try to do these things during times when it wouldnt effect or impact the most players. 99% of the MMO's have set times they do everything so the main people whining are the small tiny bunch thats not worth changing the times
So now go sit down and hush

You can´t satisfy everbodys demands...
you don´t like it... i like it because it´s not free time, it´s work time at my Timezone...
If you think globally, you will never find a time where no one would be affected...
And as someone mentioned: it´s emergency... you can´t plan failures before, and I really hope it get´s better (yesterday evening, playing was a Diashow into 90k festival)
If you have precog abilities in knowing failures before they happen, give me a call, i would like to talk about the lottery numbers ;-)
Never a mind was changed on an internet board, no matter how good your arguments are...
Yeah, seriously, because there is nothing else in the world I could possibly do to occupy 3 (or likely less) hours of my time.
Oh me, oh my. Whatever shall I do, it is the end of the world!
I second this idea. My entire static plays during the time they always do maintenance. It means losing at least one day a week for coil and when there is double maintenance, 2 days a week. Considering the fact that these are usually the two days AFTER reset means its the two days where we all try to get coil done. Would be good if they rotated maintenance or at least maybe put the maintenance on the day right before reset. You know, the day of the week where everyone has done all their stuff and no one plays?
I see how everyone says its an emergency maintenance. If the emergency was so great then it would have been fixed when they found the problem, yet they always seem to have their emergencies at this time. You can´t satisfy everbodys demands...

It's discrimination, of course. Don't be so daft now.Someone should contact the ACLU and hire some lawyers.
Emergency maintenance doesn't mean they're going to shut the servers down the moment they find something wrong (given that they do need to find the source of what's wrong and develop a fix for it, otherwise that's just taking the servers down for longer than needed, which gives kind of a bad image) - they will still try to minimize disruption to services through when they decide to shut the servers down.
