Im on hyperion too and been levelling a blackmage alt and queues have actually been surprisingly fast for dps lately even in offpeak times. I did Chimera last night for relic and got in under 5 mins (df said 6m wait). Battle on the big bridge...I forget is that in a roulette? Its just not one people are going to redo really unless they're helping someone who needs it

just because some people dont do the roulettes, doesnt mean its broken. "it doesnt work the way i want it too, so its broken"

Of course not, the duty is fine, its the way things are going forward will be in a year or so.

Expansion will make it harder for new players unless they do what they did in chains of promathia and gimp the early dungeons for new players like solo.

I actually can see that happening maybe.

Night time in australia. That seems to be when most NA folks are in bed, I still get decent queues even as a dps

FFXI it happened also, party system when you flagged up after you did everything in missions to quest, people were having issues finding partys cause nobody was doing old stuff because it wasn't worth it, reason why they gimped all the content to the ground, in FFXI when you flagged up people would wait like 5 hours or all day for a party and just log out.

Yeah, normally why you start your parties or hoped your linkshell would help you, kinda like in ARR you want to hope your FC helps you to save you the agony of people who blame lag on their every mistake or not knowing the fight. XI actually is very new player friendly...it's just the overwhelming amount of content that kept people going forward or repeating more relevant end-game (so you were almost always guaranteed to do Sky/Sea/Einherjar/Nyzul etc during the prime years of XI pre Abyssea.)
