    [EU] Recovery from Cerberus World Technical Difficulties (Aug. 20)

    At the following time, we experienced technical difficulties wherein players could not access or transfer to the Cerberus World.

    We are pleased to announce that the issue has been resolved, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
