Ryudaiji

We are a primarily English speaking company that is still somewhat young, including myself we do not have many who have reached the end game, but we are growing bit by bit.

The ultimate goal for us is to cover every aspect of the game so that everyone can enjoy themselves, we have a small estate house for the moment complete with a garden patch and chocobo stables =p

Friendliness of our end game members is key, we help our new player friends should they wish it, and provide for them if they need it, such as materia melding and the how to's of the game, And of course to help run members through dungeons for their full enjoyment. We also like to challenge dungeons a new, without following guides, so that we can experience the fight from the start, learning how to fight something amongst ourselves has proven to be a very fun challenge for those who have been interested in it

We are 80 members strong
All are welcome to join, send your applications on over if you are in Cerberus
4 officer slots are open at this time with the minimal authorities, it is setup so your job as an officer is to moderate, and keep the peace. 2 of these slots are for recruiters
2 leadership slots, this has total authority, only lacking in 100% control over the company chest, such as the gil. This is so i can see how trustworthy a member is.

Ultimately you can be promoted further into a fully trusted leader, which im hoping to find players willing to do so. This adds longevity to the company so that when im working, or on holiday. basically not around, im covered
