Can we please have tips during loading screen?

We're currently looking into implementing this feature, but as we have to consider the development team's resources, there is no time frame I can provide for when this may be added.

Please don't. IMHO, I dislike it despite it might be helpful for other ppl. If you guys are really going to implement it, please allow an option to toggle the tips off.

Every car has wheels, but you don't need tips in loading screen for every game. I honestly do not think one should relate that logic to here.
