here an Idea: add GARDEN PLOTS in places of small houses

something like a 2million garden plot that lets you plant 125 seeds
175 for med
and 225 or 250 for large.

of course it would still be tied to free company housing but this lets multiple people have fun with gardening rather than one or two.

I got a better idea, inspired by Harvest Moon. A "Greenhouse Extension" on houses that allows players to enter an area as large as a single private chamber, walled with glass panes and a ton of seed plots available.
