    Bought the Game But Where Is My Registration Code and Email Confirmation?

    Hi all, hoping someone can please help me here. I decided to give this game a try when I saw the free 14 day trial promotion. I am loving the game so far and today being my last day of the free trial I decided to buy it. Should be simple right? Well, simple is far from my experience so far.

    I log in to my account to "transfer to regular service". As I proceed I of course see I need to buy the game in order to enter a product registration code. So I click on the "buy" link to purchase the game where I go through the steps to purchase the PC Digital Download version. I did not receive a confirmation email. I did not receive a registration code. What I DID receive was an email stating that my account had been locked due to suspicious activity. Awesome, just awesome. So I go through all the steps to unlock my now locked account hoping that I will then receive a confirmation email and my registration code to so I can register and play the game. But nope, not happening.

    Needless to say I am quite upset at the moment because when I checked my checking account, I of course have already been charged for a game I don't have. So this is nice. My card is charged but where is my game? I have looked on the store to try to look up the item to find the order details, etc. The game does show up but only the order date, my billing address and instructions on how to download and install the game as well as how to set up your account along with entering the registration code which I don't have.

    So, can anyone please help me here? Is there something obvious I am overlooking? Does it take quite some time to receive a confirmation email along with the registration code or what's the deal? It's been an hour or so at this point.

    Edit: And yes, I have checked my spam and trash folders. I keep refreshing and checking all folders and nothing.

    I just wanted to update my original post to state that the issue has been resolved and I have now received the necessary email to register my product. I was concerned since it had been hours at this point and I had at least expected to receive an email stating that my order had been received, etc. and that the other information would be coming soon. Since what I got instead was an email stating that my account had been locked due to suspicious activity I was concerned an error had taken place somewhere.

    Anyways, all is good now and sorry for any inconvenience.
