This is clearly the other tanks fault, for not aggressively putting aggro buffer between him and the dps.

The only thing you can do to counteract this, is when you start as the tank do nothing but highest Threat rotation, so that you can put as big of a hate buffer between you and the rest of the party.


To be even more clear, by "do nothing but the highest threat rotation" that doesn't mean 1 time, that means until the other tank provokes you should only be doing your highest threat rotation.
