2nd tome ring for caster and healer

I have noticed that there is a slight discripancy in the distrubtion of the tome-rings. Every physical class be it tanks, dragoons, monks or Bards can buy another ring for tomes and thus gain ilvl 100 (without going the 2nd coil of Bahamut). Spellcaster on the other side are limited to one ring only because it is either for Summoner/Blackmages or Scholar/Whitemages.
My idea is to add a ring with neutral stats for the mages. The stats every caster class need would be piety, spell speed and critical hit rate.
I think that would enable casters to reach ilvl 100 without going the 2nd Coil as well.
If you were to consider my idea I'd really appreciate that.

Not without upgrading the weathered version to i110 first with oils of time earned in scob2(and suppossedly ct2 in 2.3). You should be able to do the same, but not until you secure an oil of time.

Unless you're talking about tanks wearing a 2nd dps ring or dps wearing a 2nd tanking ring, in which case is a bad idea regardless unless you're a warrior off-tank.

Last time i checked we have a 2nd ring that's i100
The hellwolf ring of casting/ healing
Even though it uses morale it technically answers your dilemma about being limited to 1 i100 ring only.

These suggestions are actually quiet nice and I now have learned more about how stats work so I see that my point is a biit off xD
