    Kerrigen made a brilliant suggestion about making the Daily Hunt Bills (for the FATE NMs) MUCH more palatable:

    The FATE NMs that are tied to the Daily Hunt Bills are still very painful and boring to wait for. I waited around 3 HOURS last night and never saw my FATE pop for that Daily Bill. That's not "casual" or "daily"... it's worthless and makes me never want to do those for now.

    With this fix, you'll be using the same system as before, but you make use of unused B Rank NMs around the world, and make it more interesting and relaxing in the process.

    That, and also replace one of the atma book requirements to kill 3 of the B hunts instead of, say, waiting around hours for a fate to pop.

    It was odd running around doing hunts yesterday basically ignoring all those B's. It would be cool if they were useful for something other than a kill every Tuesday.

    If they really want to keep using FATEs, just make it any boss FATE in a certain zone instead of a specific one.

    That way, people would go around completing other FATEs to spawn any of the multiple boss FATEs that can spawn in the area instead of sitting at the spawn of a specific one AFK. It would greatly mitigate sitting around for hours for a measly 10 seals and still accomplish making use of FATEs they seem to want to use over and over again.

    ! That would be nice lol, although I hope the marks get a little bit better AI / interaction. (And get added to a NM hunting log, like our current hunting log)

    Not a fan of FATE waiting, if they want these rare FATEs to be exciting add Seal/other end game currency to them - when they're up people would do them (probably), can mark them with stars to represent tier rewards and help players decide worth. 1 star GC seals, 2 stars GC seals and myth and sol, 3 stars pinata of awesome. Gold stars are normal, red stars means unique item available (like the minions). (Ex: 200-300 GC, 30-60Myth, 5-10Sol, 15 Allied - on one of those rare FATEs that seem to pop every 3-6 hours).

    Anyway, +1 - FATEs are good- squirrel!, distraction, but are a bit annoying to have to rely on.

    Agreed. Replace daily fate marks with additional B's. And changing the weekly to an A would make more sense.

    I've been saying the same thing in game. Between last night and this morning I waited four hours for a FATE I never saw just to finish a daily. Once before it took five hours. It's absurd. Replace the daily FATE bosses with B marks. I'd much rather ride around and hunt a mark than sit and wait for hours and hours.

    Very good idea. I still can't be bothered doing the daily. The reward isn't worth the time it may take to complete it.

    +1 - just wanted to add a post for a bump and to say that I love this idea not necessarily because FATEs are a pain to wait on (they are, but I understand the counter-arguments) but because it makes a lot more sense lore-wise.

    My feeling to to change the weekly hunt to a daily hunt, award 30 seals/day for a B rank, change the dailies to all open world regular mobs and reward 5 per set. 55 seals/day from dailies, A/S rank hunting if you really want to push to your next sand/oil...the last thing we need is 15 seals to drop per frontlines : D

    I posted an idea to handle this in another thread, where B Ranks are restored to what they were before the changes and continue to be the weekly mark target while a new C Rank is created. C Ranks would be the daily marks and have all the qualities of 2.35 B Ranks. C Ranks would use the current ecosystem of mobs in the wild, like a L50 monstrous antling sentry or a L50 monstrous megalocrab that the locals just want to get rid via a petition the allied hunters so their existence as the daily marks would make sense. Because they respawn in five seconds and many areas have different ecosystems, it may take some time before you see the one you want but not even remotely as long as camping a FATE would.

    This would restore community based hunting to where it was, while giving single group hunters something to work with as well as the possibility to find random B Ranks again. Remember, i110 will become outdated in 2.4 anyway so why not let people have fun with this while it lasts.

    A very good QOL change that would bring the effort/reward ratio more in line with A ranks. Good idea.
