Nvidia Control Panel Tweaks

Good morning all,

I've been researching online about this and haven't had any luck, so I decided to just throw the question out there.

First my specs:
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Processor: Intel Xeon 3.07GHz Quad Core
Graphics: GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2gb RAM 128-bit
Memory: 30gb DDR3
HDD: 500gb something

My HDD is the main thing holding me back. I've been using a 3TB external for housing all my data(I don't run games off of it) but my next goal is to get at least a 2tb internal.

So my question is, once I have the in-game graphic settings all the way maxed and the game runs insanely smooth, are there any tweaks I can do in the NVidia control panel to enhance it further? I've played around before on other games and end up causing conflicts with AA settings that clash, or other random things. I'm okay with going in and attempting myself, but I was hoping someone already had done the testing and figured out what the best tweaks are. My rig can handle more so I'd like to push it's limits.

the driver has built in profiles which will cause MSAA to not work at all on this game, you can work around it with advanced tools, but its not recommended.

The best thing you can do is avoid the Nvidia control panel altogether and use a shader injector like SweetFX or eFX. Search the forums here or exercise your google fu.
