While I don't really have any issues tanking (except in the few cases when someone either over my rank or an ARC decides to go wild), sometimes I feel that tanking weapons speeds are simply too slow to be effective. In a worst case scenario, I would pull the mob, provoke, then proceed to use heavy slash which misses, heavy stab which misses as well, phalanx which misses as well, all the while auto-attack is whiffing like mad resulting in little TP gain for me. By the time that provoke is up again, the mob is probably already beating down on someone else, and because of the long delay of auto-attack speeds, I have no resource to be using my WS to generate threat, and the abilities that DO generate threat I can guarantee you are already on cool down, or simply don't generate enough threat to where I can say I've recovered from this fluke.

Of course, this is worst case, and in situations where I'm tanking NMs or something similar, I'm usually give enough time to build up enough threat where I don't really worry about losing hate to anyone. All the same though, I would like to see a bit faster TP generation. Perhaps make some weapons "damage dealing" oriented with longer delays and higher base damage and crit rate, but lowered accuracy, and other weapons "tanking" oriented with shorter delays (like around 1.5 seconds) but lower attack power and crit rate.
