Why are they hunt exclusive? Why not have them as a reward for dungeons. Expert roulettes should have 100 allied seal reward and high should have 50. Then just doing the 3 new dungeons should give 10 or 20 seals.

You have the diehards doing s rank and a ranks. You catered to the soloers. How about catering to the middle guys who want to cooperate with others just not a whole bunch at once and go their own pace.

You are not doing dungeons for the GCs, if you want them in other contents that would be, guildhests frontlines and GC leves, not dungeons, raids or trials.

Forgot something, hunting is not solo content, you can't hunt As and Ss alone and daily and weekly hunts are easy content, SE never catered to the soloers in this game, which are an important part of the genre, like it or not.
