That kinda sorta agrees with what he said, adding MORE of a currency into circulation makes it less valuable. So it's okay for Hunts to add Myth into circulation despite AS is the primary reward for hunting, but it isn't okay for Low Level Roulette to add AS into the economy? Most people have myth basically thrown at them, what was the need to give Hunts myth? You can all ready get myth in so many ways, LLR, MSR, HLR, from the bosses in ER, Beastmen quests, HUNTS. They all ready have their own unique currency that isn't obtainable outside that system currently, there is no need for that additional incentive. Either remove Myth/Sol rewards from Hunts, or add a wider variety of ways to obtain AS.Here, I found this for you with a simple google search.
Please add GC seal exchange for Allied seals. Even if the exchange rate is like 50k GC's for 250 Allied.

This already exists to a degree. With the patch you can trade in any of the i90 myth items for 1035 GC seals. All of them.
You can use the Allied Seals to buy the i90 myth items.
What SE failed to do here is price the conversion equally, since the Myth items bought with the seals are all of different amounts.
EX. Top/Bottom is 40 Allied Seals, Head/Gloves/Shoes are 30 Allied Seals and Belt/Jewelry is 20 seals.
However you can trade in any of those items, and you'll get exactly 1035 Grand Company seals per.
So just buy a bunch of belts and jewelry since that costs the least in allied seals and rake in a stupid amount of GC seals. This gives alot of meaning to the over saturation from the Allied Seals atm.
No.. Just no. I am forced into dungeons I don't want to do enough through roulette and atma books. I enjoy grouping up in the PF with people and just casually hunting. Losing the B ranks which were a nice time killer between A and S spawns already annoys me. I don't want to mindlessly grind dungeons for everything.

I never suggested it be removed from hunts, and it shouldn't really. I find it enjoyable to do with my shell from time to time. But do I want to sit in a group teleporting and running in circles all day like a mad man doing them? Does everyone else? What harm does add 25-50 Allied Seals to Low Level roulette, only obtainable once per day like the Tomestone bonus? Especially when an A rank hunt gives what, 80 myth and 20 sol? The change I am suggesting is minor it may draw more people to do Low Level dungeon at cap other than now where it is mostly overlook unless in dire need of Myth.(Again, hunts can fill that gap as well now) This also gives people a chance to gain some Seals when they may no have time to sit and wait out timers for several hours.No.. In addition I see NO harm in making Allied Seals available from GC Supply/Provisioning missions. Albeit at a much lower ratio compared to GSC, and scale up with level as GSC currently does, and possible only available on high demand items. (Items with Stars next to them) This also gives people who primarily craft, or don't want the mindless zerg a means to earn these credits in small amounts. 15-20 seals for a high demand Supply/Provisioning item. This may need to be adjusted obviously due to people having multiple crafting professions rather high-level or cap to prevent them from earning a massive amount of Allied Seals.
Another huge issue with hunts as they are is just as said, its a zerg. Some players, I know my fiance plays on PS3(I did warn her) but at times there are so many people present that by the time the monster loads for her it has all ready been killed. This becomes incredibly frustrating and is leading to some serious vitriol from people missing hunt targets or their elite bill mark. Hunts ARE broken and this latest patch has helped some, at least for people just trying to do their weekly bills. Personally, I think they should add a separate hunt system similar to something XI had in its darker years. You kill a hunt mark to obtain a spawn item to summon one of several other monsters and like Leves only your group could engage the target. Give it a small reward and a new(or chance) to obtain a summon item for another set of monsters.
The system can branch out, can be done on your own time rather than constant spawn timers and rushing around hoping to make it to a given location before something gets mobbed down. All slowly building up to big-bad-boss which might have a chance to drop a some what nice piece of gear (Nothing coil or EX related, not yet), maybe minions, a unique mount, and of course - Allied Seals.
Sorry, that was a bit long winded.

They let people solo raid loot. Now they complain that the way they solo raid loot isn't good enough.
Newer players to MMO games will likely draw from their experiences playing FPS games, GTA, Dragon Age, Skyrim, etc.. and they will evaluate a MMO based on that criteria. But other online games (and offline RPGs) are designed to be picked up, played for maybe 5 months and then abandoned for when the next big game comes along. A Veteran MMO gamer knows that the experience of the game is stretched out over years, and if crafted properly, it leaves players with some of the best gaming experiences to be found anywhere. This is the problem most content is solo and you get your group action from a cross-server queueing tool. This is not like older MMOs where servers developed real communities. It's more like MacDonald's Drive-Thru, where you queue up, do your run, then never meet those people again.

Obviously SE hates their dungeon design and wants people to spend none of their time there, Coil and CT as well.

I suspect this as well, they bend over backwards to make sure no one has any good reasons to do dungeons anymore. The patches fixed Hunt to a degree but not good enough. Why A and S rank still reward tomes is beyond me... It should be clear definition, if you want seals, you hunt, if you want tome, you do dungeons, trials, or raids. Easy simple and gives people reasons to do dungeons.
Or just make ALL last Boss on dungeons, raids, and trials can randomly drop oils (and/or) sands, albeit at lower rate when you do easy peasy dungeons and higher rate for Coil V.1 or Labyrinth of the Ancients.
I don't understand why they don't get it.... the main reason people do Hunt is because it gives unlimited sand and oils. If they disperse the distribution of sand and oils to dungeons where you can have a chance of getting it from last boss (with various degree of certainty depending on difficulties) - you effectively making Hunt as not the only way to get unlimited oil and sand.
Hunt should be supplemental activities, things you do during downtime waiting for dungeons or raid runs, it should never become the ONLY thing to do because it gives you the best reward that trumps all other content in the game...
