I was getting 12% on triple melded stuff pretty easily so yeah.

Edit: And syrcus tower my i95 tremor axe penta melded was about 25% on a run before this change. There was absolutely no problem in binding rate.

No, you're just insisting on exaggerating to whiteknight this change. I paid very close attention to % I was getting because I was curious where the best places would be. Done here.

I paid very close attention as well, expert roulette 4-5% per dungeon pre-patch, HQ gear with 2 melds. Multiple sets, all the same. Syrcus Tower was 12% on average. I made some sets for a FC member, who used them to do expert runs for myth for novus, he was at 13% after 3 runs.
