Looks like overheating issues with your graphics card... try to download MSI Afterburner and check the temperature (max should be 90 degrees celsius, top max is 100) if the temperatures are too high try to clean your computer (and ofcourse remove your overclock if you have done that), or return the card since it should still be under warranty.

Or if it's not overheating.. then sorry I have no idea....
