    Vote kick solves solution 1, knowing hunts, odin, behemoth, and FC activities I would really not like to see a penalty for leaving removed. I think that if you add a join in progress only that you would end up slowing down the start of content, since you'd separate the lines - buuut I've also never programed a network larger than a few people so.... I'm not confident enough to say that "will" happen.
