Sure.

One does Sun-Thurs 9:30pm est to 1:30am est. Sometimes Friday raids are added for progression.

Another does 3 days a week between Thurs-Sun. Tues/Wed/Thurs 10pm est to 1am est. Sometimes Wed/Thurs/Sun on same times. Days sometimes change based on people's availability. Flexibility is key for this group.

Another does Sun-Thurs 8pm EST to 11pm EST.

There are others but they all fall between these times. If you apply, you'll be asked to list your availability and if accepted, you'll be put in the group that best matches what you listed.
