I want to do 24-man ST with the top DPSers and see how fast we can burn things.
I also want even more people capable of farming all non-lockout content.

We're not a raiding FC and we encourage external statics if it gives you the progression you're looking for. However we have extremely skilled players that set the benchmarks for their respective jobs.

We have top-tier players, T9-killers, 3-star crafters, and gatherers. That said, we have an emphasis on culture fit and attitude.
