Chocobo dyeing R&D Thread - Post your results here!

What this means for all of us loopers that did not keep track of how we got to where we are and are just praying that feeding it 1-2 plums/valfruits/pineapples will yeild soot black is that we have no idea what our R/G/B values are exactly. We just know they fall into the range of whatever color our chocobo is.
Which makes figuring out how to get Blacks values exactly is impossible. All we can do is keep throwing the fruit that has been shown to work at it and pray there is maybe some RNG or chocobo stable condition plays a factor and we eventually hit Soot Black.

All of this is pure conjecture and may not in anyway be accurate. Experiment at your own risk.

Finally Soot Black. 1 Berry from marsh green did the trick!

Marsh Green (44 48 28)
Soot Black (37 35 30)

I guess using the +/-5 rule it got my numbers down to (39 43 33).

I'm not the greatest when it comes to the whole number system, how did you get marsh green (IE which fruits)?
