I want an ink blue chocobo. I had assumed "deepen" meant to decrease the colour values. So in order to get ink blue you had to decrease red and green to 0.

i think you'll need to lighten red then, but we are still trying to figure out, if after feeding a red deepen you have no result i assume you'll have to lighten it to reduce red value.
