Right I guess what I was getting at was I gathered as much the docs weren't working so I was wondering what people think I should feed it now to go from Blood Red to Dalamud Red, like which fruits just apple?

Seems like a lot of RNG is effecting ppl so I don't want to lose red completely, I just want a more vibrant red ^_^

With my first color being blood red I used 3 berries and 1 apple to get it to dalamud.

Blood red in RGB is 145 59 39 and Dalamud is 120 26 26
More green, slightly more red and a bit of blue should make the difference. So apples, pears and berries, try one at a time and mind the successes when feathers changing.

Bevral also posted from her experience. Whichever the case, go slowly and you should get there.

I followed the formula on the spreadsheet for Corpse Blue and ended up with Goobbue Grey. I'm disappointed but an attempt to fix isn't in my budget right now.

So I experimented before reading much about how the color crap works. I gave my chocobo 4 Doman Plums and 3 O'Ghomoro Berries in the 6 hr period and got Sylph Green.

Lime green: Mamook Pear x7, O'Ghomoro Berry x2

Well, I ran out of O'Ghomoro Berries, and could only afford to buy two. From charcoal gray, I have now fed my chocobo 1 Mamook Pear (got the message), 1 Xelphatol Apple (got the message), and 2 O'Ghomoro Berries (no message for either). Will report in the morning what I get.

Kobold Brown -> 1 Pear (no message) -> 1 Berry (no message) -> 1 Berry (new feathers) = Midnight Blue
Midnight Blue -> 1 Pineapple (new feathers) = in a few hours!

Adamantoise green


Went from Meadow Green (10 o'ghomoro 7 mamook) to Adamantoise green (7 'ghomoro 3 mamook)

Tried a small test, fed Snow White more lightening feeds, order: Plum, Fruit, Pineapple. 2nd plum gave a message, both Fruits gave a message, no Pines gave one. This morning boco had stayed Snow White hmm...
Now I stuffed boco with 10 of each deepening ones (only 4 of each gave a proper message).

I'm going for Turquoise Green. It's currently Lime Green from the result of 3 apples, 6 pears, and 6 berries.
